Chapter Picnic

Chapter Picnic Wrap-Up

As the Iroquois Chapters season winds down, we held our annual Chapter Picnic on Wednesday June 1rd at the beautiful Carpenters Brook Fish Hatchery.  If you missed the picnic this year – you sure missed a good one.  Attended by 48 people, the event was highlighted by the Chapters Big Announcement that the world famous LEFTY KREH will be the Guest Speakers at our TIE ONE ON Event March 25th 2017.  The Genesee Grande Hotel will play host to the event again this year and LEFTY will be the keynote speaker at our Annual Chapter Dinner that same evening.   This is an event you will not want to miss.

Those who attended the picnic were treated to a beautiful night, good food, lots of new friends, and great conversation. If you weren’t able to attend this one, there is always next year and we missed you.

Special Thanks to the staff at Carpenters Brook Fish Hatchery for their hard work.  A Big Thank You goes out to all who helped, provided a dish to pass, as well as the Board of Directors and Officers who give up so much of their time to serve the membership of our Chapter.  A Special THANKS goes out o the CHEFS Marty Ivery (Master of the grill), Mike and Mary Jo Hyde (Clam steamers extraordinaire) and Dave Seifritz for organizing and getting all of the necessary supplies.  Without their efforts this event would not be a success.

To all our MEMBERS AND FRIENDS have a safe and enjoyable summer, TIE-ONE-ON and TAKE A KID FISHING this summer.

TIGHTLINES ALWAYS
